Orders before 1:00 pm MST are shipped the same day, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Orders after 1:00 pm MST will be shipped the next business day.
We do not ship internationally.
In Store Pick Up - We offer in store pickup at no charge if you can make it to our location. Please contact us using our parts request form for after hours pick up times if you can’t make it during business hours. We enjoy meeting our customers and we don’t mind staying a bit late if it makes it more convenient to you.
Canada Post – Our shipping calculator is based on a 4 dimensional algorithm of the item(s) in your cart. If required, we will refund overage costs on shipping once packaging is completed.
Expedited and Xpresspost packages through Canada Post include up to $100 value in insurance on the parts inside. Regular Parcel does NOT include insurance.
We are NOT responsible for 'Porch Pirates' or incorrect / incomplete shipping addresses. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have entered an incorrect address, we will be able to correct this before the items ship, however once your package has been picked up by Canada Post, we cannot. If your parcel is returned to us: we will contact you for updated information - there will be additional shipping charges at counter rates, as this is charged back to us for returns.
Note: we may substitute boxes for shipping envelopes as needed.
Out of Zone Shipping - Unfortunately for our customers in the NWT, Yukon and Nunavut; Canada Post seems to be our only shipping option at this time.
Ship by Courier – Upon request we can ship by Purolator to a business address – couriers will not accept residential addresses - Place your items in the cart, give us a call and we can give you an estimate.
*** Due to shipping restrictions by all carriers we are unable to ship snowmobile hoods or tunnels, as well as ATV, UTV frames, large fenders or fuel tanks from any unit.***
Damage During Shipping – Notify us immediately if your package is damaged or you suspect it is lost or missing as most often it is the shipper (us in this case) who must initiate the claim. If a signature is required by the carrier please make a note on the documents of visible damages before signing. If damage is visible please take digital photos; this will help us validate the claim with the carrier. This applies whether it has been delivered by regular mail or courier.
