A few quick questions/answers...

How will my order be shipped?

Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy! You get to choose when you check out your cart. Canada Post - Expedited or Regular service. Pick up at our store location is always available. ***Please note that Canada Post Regular service does not include shipping insurance. If your parcel is lost or stolen by porch pirates we will work with you to find it, but there will be no option for refunds.***

We ship Canada Post the same business day if you order before 1:00 pm MST, after 1:00 pm, we will ship the next business day.


We have fantastic rates with Purolator! The restriction is that they will only deliver to a business address. So, if you have a Purolator drop off location near you, or you know a business that will receive the package for you...this is a great option for shipping. 

Purolator courier orders are available from our shipping staff only. Place the items in your cart, give us a call - 780.785.2041 - so we help you with a quote. 

For same day shipping - Purolator orders need to be completed before 9:00 am MST, so we can get the information to the courier on time.

How long will it take to get my goodies?

Your shipping choice will give you the estimated time of arrival, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can see how fast/slow it's moving.

HEY! I want a part that can't be shipped, what do I do now?

Unfortunately some of our parts can't be shipped. If you can arrange pick up at our store, that's awesome! If you can't make it here, and the item is just too large to ship by Canada Post, possibly it might ship by courier. 

Note: Items that will not be able ship courier include - Snowmobile hoods, ATV fenders, Frames or Tunnels.

Can I put my items on hold and pick them up in store and pay then?

No, sorry! Many of our items are "one only". We have had experience in the past, that the holding customer does not show... this is a bummer for the customer that really wanted the part and honestly for us as well.
